Number Portability when Switching Carriers
If switching wireless carrier crosses your mind and if you plan to retain your cellnumber, you can do so by simply informing the Customer Service of your current and new carrier. This wireless feature called number portability also applies with VoIP as it has been approved by the FCC already.
However, if you changed your cellnumber regardless whether you switch carrier or not, you need to update your record with LoadnTxt by doing one of the following:
- Log on to http://www.loadntxt.com and click the ‘My Account’ link. Then click the ‘Change Cellnumber’ link.
- Contact us through email or by phone.
- Text ASQ your old and new cellnumber. Then send to LoadnTxt number
