Troubleshooting SMS Problem with LoadnTxt
- Make sure that your cellphone is fully conditioned, that is, partly/fully charged and with enough signal
- Try to turn off your cellphone, then turn it on again
- Try to re-insert your battery. Just be sure you turn it off first
- Make sure that your SIM card is not damaged
- Try to send a text message to your own cellphone. If it fails, contact your carrier
- If you port your number to another carrier, confirm if there won’t be any issues during the transition
- If your cellphone is AT&T, make sure that your message does not exceed 150 characters
- Make sure you have a monthly text messaging plan so as not to exceed your SMS budget
