The Super program on the other hand lets you convert not only swf (Flash or FLV) to mp3 but also AAC, AC3 and more. It was not called Super for nothing. It lets you convert the alphabet soup of audio and video formats to any format you want, and the best part is that it’s FREE. No registration. It’s a fully working version.

Oh, I love Super. Btw, imeem‘s audio rendering at 128kbit near CD quality does not do justice to convert it to AAC. As they say in computer science, garbage in, garbage out. MP3 quality is no match to AAC. But as most folks do, it’s better than nothing.
